Bison Process is a process-oriented software package that enables flexible mapping of the varied business processes that characterise the wholesale sector, e.g. purchasing and sales contracts, complex pricing mechanisms with discount and bonus calculations, catalogue items, EDI data transfer, multi-customer structures, inter-company functionality, collective trade accounting, batch management, serial numbers, CRM, CTI integration and accounting. All requirements are covered, including BI reporting and analysis. • Complex pricing mechanisms are based on rules that the user is free to define. Prices are flexibly structured or automatically and individually specified.
• Bison Process offers a user-friendly data search function and rapid data access. It uses complex correlations between items, suppliers, customers, etc. in searching for data relating to suppliers, prospective customers and existing customers.
• Electronic item and catalogue data enable the creation and management of catalogues and catalogue item data (and the electronic import of such data) and allow you to transfer data to your own stock list on a selective basis.
• The electronic exchange of data with business partners is coordinated via EDI/EDIFACT.
• Bison Process enables the sector-oriented calculation of sales prices as well as a flexible, customised definition of margins.
• Commission calculations are made easy with Bison Process – optionally based on the contribution margin or sales figure, for sellers and representatives, overridable for individual sales processes, related to the individual positions of a sale order, and retro-actively correctable.
• Bison Process offers order-related backlog processing based on sub-deliveries, full deliveries, level of priority and order date.
