Complete, convenient and flexible – the business solution for the agricultural sector
Bison Process is the process-oriented standard business software package for the agriculture industry. Receipt and sorting of agricultural products, remuneration based on quality criteria with sub-/final invoices, and administration and backtracing of batches are just some of the key functions provided by Bison Process. The agricultural market is in continual flux. By adapting processes in a flexible manner, Bison Process is able to respond to changing circumstances. This allows you to increase efficiency and cut costs throughout the entire value chain – from farm production and the processing of products, to agricultural trade and the consumer.
- Based on monitoring and screening results and on defined quality criteria, Bison Process produces one or more billing statements plus a final invoice.
- Bison Process contracts specify which producers supply which products at what volume at what price, and within which time scale. They also stipulate which customers take delivery of products and when and how much they have to pay.
- Agricultural products are purchased, stored and sold; or they are delivered directly without storage from the producer to the customer via dropship delivery.
- Integral administration and backtracing of batches is a core element of Bison Process and extends through all processes in the value chain.
- Certificates can be assigned directly to a given batch or to a certified producer.
- Bison Process web capability means that subsidiaries, external storage sites and partners can be incorporated in the relevant processes without the need for any installation work.
- The Data Integrator tool enables easy integration of peripheral items such as weighing devices, price labels and mobile data entry devices (MDEs).
